I designed and built this portfolio from scratch — a fast, data-driven site that showcases my work, experience, and a notes section for longer-form writing.

The Problem

I needed a portfolio that loads instantly, stays easy to maintain, and presents my work, writing, and resume without the overhead of a CMS or heavy framework.

Approach

• Migrated to Astro with content collections so projects and notes are validated at build time and ship as static HTML.
• Kept a dark, two-panel layout with interactive islands only where needed (resume export, live demos).
• Designed an accessible layout with semantic landmarks and keyboard-navigable cards.

Results

• Static site with per-route SEO, sitemap, and RSS — no client-side router required
• Content managed entirely through JSON and Markdown — no CMS or backend to maintain
• Downloadable resume generated client-side (PDF + DOCX)
